Cancellation and refunds
How to request a cancellation and follow a refund on AMY.CAB.
Check available services and categories when planning your trip
No password is ever stored or required
Your booking shows the applicable fare and payment details
Before your trip starts
Open My bookings, select the booking and use Request cancellation. You can cancel while the booking is pending, confirmed, searching for a driver, assigned, accepted, en route or arrived. The server checks the latest state when it receives the request.
After a trip has started
Self-service cancellation is unavailable once the trip starts. Contact support for assistance with a trip in progress or a completed trip.
Payments and refund status
A cancelled booking with a captured payment enters refund processing. The current system supports full refunds processed by an administrator through the payment provider. An unpaid booking has no captured payment to refund. A refund request is not a confirmation that funds have reached your account.
Follow up on a refund
Check the booking status for REFUND_PENDING or REFUNDED and include your booking reference when contacting support. Bank and provider processing times vary; this website does not promise a fixed settlement time.
